Do yuo think i can get my hands on a white body suit and put the packages on that ?

Or does it need to have some baggy give ?

What Id do

get a Bouush - use the head and body

1. use the suit as is (at least get it on the body to see how it fits) OR
2. if it doesnt fit get some accurate material take the existing suit and pull the stitches out and take it too bits to see the sewing pattern make the appropriate adjustments in size - cut the material and stitch the patterns for the new cut cloth together OR
3. Scour the web a for a jumpsuit thats white or can be dyed / bleached white (but Ive bought items that wouldnt dye or bleach but that was down to the material and you can never tell through a photo)

4. have a go at doing the gun familiarise yourself with some modelling clays

5. cut the hair off the Boush using a craft knife and then use some modelling clay and model into the head the hair you want

6. paint

and then

7. rest

Be patient take your time enjoy

If you really have your heart set on this I could always send you the bits from my Hoth Leia. Too much work for me, Id rather just wait and see what SS has on tap eventually. :lol

i think sideshow might make this one.
They better. I've been waiting fro this Leia ever since they announced the 12" SW license. I still don't like that they make multiple versions of one character, especially when long overdue characters like Lando are ... well... overdue! But for the Hoth Leia, I don't mind.

True, they might, We'll see. They've done two of her, three of luke, now two of Han... Maybe she'll be done... But if I can try to do it, why not.

I may be late on this, but I improved the Hasbro Leia greatly by simply filling in the space between her hair and ears as well as adding sideburns with sculpy then repainting. I'm not a skilled painter by any means, so I avoided the eyes and left as is. I just gave her a better color.

10x better. The body itself, while not very articulated, is a decent height. Converting to a SSC Buck body will be too tall.
