So if you shift it to the afternoon, what about people on the other side of the globe, who then have to get up at 4 AM to preorder stuff? Like someone else said before: You can never make everybody happy, I guess.

At least you'd be home! :lol

you don't get points for phone ordering do you?

Even though I can go home for lunch or order at work I still like the Thursday night newsletter PPO idea.

No points for phone orders. I realized this when I first starting ordering. My first order was over the phone for almost $1000. No points for me. :monkey2:monkey2

I've worked in an office environment in the midwest (1pm PPO's for me too) for some time... tricks are... call, take a long lunch, take a late lunch, or ask someone to get one for you, or risk it on the net.

The waitlist does almost always come through. Especially if you get on right away.

I'm still interested to see how the first Indy PPO goes. Jedi Luke took around 2 1/2 hours to sell out (if I remember correctly). It wasn't until the 3rd or 4th release until we started seeing insanely fast sell-outs.

Will the Indy fans be aware enough to sell this figure out quickly?

Will anything from Toy Fair be PPO's? I think these will all be surprise orders. Like the newsletter, you just gotta sit and check often for when it goes up.

doesn't seem fair that you are spending the money with no loyalty credit. they should fix the system so every order earns points.

I work nights, but if it's something I HAVE to have like the INdy figures, I'll set my alarm so I'm up and ready for the preorder. An hour or so of sleep can be sacrificed for this line as far as I'm concerned

I order from work on my computer.I do pretty much as I want over there.:lol..Not much work to do neither.

there is always a time where someone cannot make the ppo. have a friend or relative order or order by phone.
