There are some areas that are kind of sloppy, like where her hair touches her face or some where the costume touches skin (not all over). Overall it's nice.

The smaller ones are Detolfs which are cheap as hell ($60 I think) and available at IKEA. The big shelf, I dunno. I bought the same one from Craigslist years ago.
