Psylocke PF - Head Re-sculpted?

Hello Sideshow. This has been coming up in the Psylocke PF thread in the Marvel section and I figured I would post here in the hopes of getting a response.

Can you please confirm if either the EX or Regular head sculpts have been modified since the pictures were posted on the Sideshow website? The reason we ask is because photos of the Regular Psylocke head sculpt from ComicCon seem to show a much different (and better) head sculpt. Is it just a "trick" from the photography or has it been re-worked? Has the EX head been reworked too?

The color looks completely different too? The SSC preview has an anime feel to it while the 2nd looks more realistic. I too would like to know which head we are getting. I want the 2nd head that was shot at SDCC.

I don't know which one it is either but I triple the backing of SDCC version

The truth is that I haven't ordered this piece yet because I would really like to know which version (if there are really two versions?) we are going to get first. I wouldn't like to pay a NRD and end up with a sculpt I really don't like (the one on the pics).

The SDCC pics, on the other hand, look awesome and would make this piece a must have for me.

I have to say that it doesn't look any different to me. Just different angle/lighting.

To me it looks like a different paint job. The eyes are smaller and the redness is gone from the cheeks. Doesn't look like the sculpt is any different.

bigger cheekbones and the septum is a little less pronounced. I thanked SSC at the dinner for keeping the Psylocke PF "ethnic". Seems appropriate since she is in an asian body.
