I'm in the process of finishing a DIllinger fig for Maulfan!
and it'll be worth the wait.
That one trumps - no surprise.
It's sort of official yet unofficial, it's not licensed but it's made by more of a corporate group than customizers.
It's from a group called Heroic and it's named "Bank Robber".
There's a thread here on it, I don't really care for anything about it personally, I think you could kitbash a better one, just need a Xeno head to get started.
