Just a question: should we expect a second head with both versions? There are pics of the battered head, hope they include that too. The Ex seems quite insignificant.

If they were going for a classic look, I would have preferred to have canisters instead of pouches, too. It looks good so far, but I'm worried they're not tight enough and end up being like something a bus conductor would wear.

i prefer a darker one,more worn,actual is too new and clean

also the face of this new pf is winner face,the cq seems a very very constipated Frank

the eye damaged head looks very interesting,bigger lips and diferent front,

the right ear looks also mutilated,really weird

Kinda wish they hung a grenade or two on his shoulder straps. Would be even more cool!

They could add stuff like that. They have added or tweaked stuff on other PF's before production.

I'd like a bazooka over his shoulder like the Punisher #1 (1989).

The key about the Punisher is the weapons; the more the better. Also, my ONLY nitpick is the plain base. I always thought of the bases as an extension of the overall character that is set upon it.

Punisher is looking great. I'm at a point now where I have to seriously consider what I buy...running out of room very fast (and my wife is running out of patience even quicker)! But, this would look great next to my Deadpool...

I think that's the biggest flaw on this piece. The skull isn't big enough like in the comics. In the classic art you didn't see the teeth on the skull, the canisters were the teeth, that skull head covered more of his shirt.

Sideshow totally missed the cleverness of Romita's original Punisher design. In fact, the canisters forming the skull's teeth is not only the coolest part of the costume, IT IS THE COSTUME!! If you're not going to keep the design then why bother?

It's like removing the webs on Spidey's costume, taking away Batman's cape, removing the flag elements of Captain America's costume, removing Daredevil's horns...

The 1st of many big names to be revisited I'm sure. Captain America, Thor, Spidey, Doom etc. They were all made quite awhile ago now with small ES compared to the big names of DC like Batman & Superman. SS being a business will want to cash-in on them names. They know there's a much bigger market for characters like them than ever before.
