Everything else is top notch except for the exclusive blade.
What would put these things over the top would be real metal for the blade.

I think the winning part about the piece is the suit and the head sculpt. Very nice work from the factory that SS chose.
A metal blade would have been better or even something more sturdy than cheap plastic for the blade.
Reminds me of the blade on the Indiana Jones TOD pf.

I'm jealous of all you guys. Can't afford this PF right now but he turned out fantastic. If I had the funds at the moment he would be mine. Congrats guys.

why is deadpool so much shorter

Because he is not 1/4 scale. According to Marvel DP is 6'2" and Frank is 6'1". There is no reason DP should be shorter than Frank. The DP PF is only 17.25" high. It should be 18.5" tall to be a true 1/4 piece. That's why the new Punisher PF looks so tall next to Wade. I have the Punisher Com next to DP and they match up much better together height wise.

I think people like that DP turned out so well that we all didn't realize much like Green Lantern, Deadpool is too small. I had DP next to Psylocke this past week, he's about her height (keeping in mind his base sits a little lower than those "X" bases), which puts him smaller than Gambit, also 6'1" just like Punisher.

Looks like Punisher is about right, Deadpool however, is not. And now that I know, it makes DP's shortness stand out so much now.

Thanks Josh. Here's hoping. He did turn out amazing. One of the better PFs of the last year IMO. Hopefully he will be available for a month or two longer and I might be able to snag one.

I think people like that DP turned out so well that we all didn't realize much like Green Lantern, Deadpool is too small. I had DP next to Psylocke this past week, he's about her height (keeping in mind his base sits a little lower than those "X" bases), which puts him smaller than Gambit, also 6'1" just like Punisher.

Yeah, at only 17.25" Wade would only be 5'9" in full scale. That's considerably shorter than the 6'2" Marvel has him listed at. Has anyone measured Frank's height yet?

This one seems to be impressing a lot more people. Kind of the sleeper PF of the year so far. Out from under the shadow of the Batman PF, it seems to be doing well. Got mine in the trunk, but will have to wait until 5 to open it. Crossing fingers it lives up to some of the awesome pics I've seen on here.

I'm so worried about that happening to mine when it comes in. I've heard everyone on here talk about how flimsy the knife is. This piece HAS to be perfect!

Would it have killed them to sculpt a hard knife. That's what bums me out about the ToD Indy PF...that damn flexible machete.

This is definitely a case where the EX is not essential and doesn't enhance the piece much at all imo. I have a reg on the way and can't wait to get it in hand.

Same here...mine should arrive today. I should have ordered the EX, but passed for whatever reason. But, I ordered some of Spazzy's customs, and I think those will blow the EX knife out of the water!

I'm sure Spazzy's customs will do just that. As far as EXs go, this one left a lot to be desired. The least SSC could have done was make the knife metal or polystone. To make it plastic just seems cheap. Especially after dumping the COH that was originally planned with this piece.
