I just checked. Last time I ordered some smaller items from BigBadToyStore I paid more than $40 dollars for shipping to Europe AND I had to pay custom duties when my package arrived... so yeah... no option.
And that was years ago. I bet shipping costs didn't get any cheaper since then...

I don't know why not just buy it direct? Cheapest option and get it quicker.

You'd think. I ordered their Dragonborn day one direct as its an all time grail for me in 1/6. Fast forward to release, Sideshow got theirs in a couple months before PureArts own website.

Let me make it worse, Sideshow had the figure on SALE, before PureArts was even shipping their own figure from their own website. Let down.

All the more reason to just wait for this to release before ordering. Zero reason to be in a rush.

Oof, this is a tough one. I would have been happy to pay the amount they are asking but the PureArts figures I have seen have been PureAss. Alright, maybe that's a bit harsh but when compared to something like what Limtoys offered with Nathan, it's world's apart.

I don't mind the number of accessories, and I would have been perfectly happy with them if it wasn't for the awkward spot the figure is in terms of cost. I would loved if they included his hunting knife, or the effect for Firestream (seems weird to give him a hand meant to cast Igni but not include the effect) Maybe some more potions/decoctions (like the ekhidna decoction)? Would have also loved an extra sword like Aerondight.

If I'm being very greedy, I would have loved an alternate headsculpt for toxicity with different eyes. I don't mean to sound ungrateful, and I really am liking all the accessories (especially the cape and the noonwraith trophy), but like I said, the figure's overall pricing is weird, it makes me want more, even if I have to pay a bit extra because we're already in the "expensive" territory here. Especially so after seeing Limtoys' Nathan Drake. If the figure had this, it would definitely be a strong contender for a "be-all end-all" Geralt.

On a positive note, the tailoring and the details on his weapons is exceptional, and rooted hair + rolling eyeballs is awesome, but this is the first time PureArts are going this route and I'm worried about the quality of those things. Especially the headsculpt... it's good, not perfect, but I'm more worried about any downgrades once the figure releases.

While this looks good, for the price I would have expected them to get the fine details right. He has one too many spikes on his gloves (4 instead of 3) and I find the chains in his armour to be comically large.
