A custom done by the right person will be very expensive. For this one I will take the sculpted hair cause it looks great. Now, for Wrath of Khan the proto had rooted, so we shall see how it turns out. QMX will be put to the test for Older Khan. I liked the proto, so high hopes.

I haven't actually seen the 3Zero Hound in person yet, but I will eventually cause he is sitting in my POL at BBTS. From the pics I have seen it looks alright. Not horrible, but not amazing either. The overall figure looks fantastic though and looking forward to getting that one.

Old Khan is already a fish in the net. I have overcame all the issues. I am 101% confidence that the production old Khan will look better than the one we have shown at SDCC. Old Khan was put together in 24 hours (I did all the weathering myself in a rush). Imagine what can be done with weeks!

Is 5am here in China. "Fuxkup" factor just showed up about 8 hours ago. The district government will be shutting down the electricity for 3 fracking days.

Rest assured that we are still on schedule because a friend of mine is bringing over a generator. However, this issue will mess up some production procedures. I have been juggling with this in the past 5 hours and have came up with the most efficient and effective solution. So continue on what you are doing now, space-Time continuum is distorted but no permanent alteration for the planned future events except my sleep time.

This iconic Trek villian will come to take over your home and beat up your Wars figures. Do note that we are not responsible if your pale looking troopers are crushed.

One more advise, I am sure demand will be a lot higher than supply. Even I don't have enough stock for the Asia markets. Reserve your Khan asap; otherwise, you have to go to Ceti Alpha V to find him.

Excellent! I really love the way the gold dress uniform looks on him, but the red would be my 2nd choice. Maybe someone will make a decent custom of the gold one,if we don't get it from QmX.

I'm with you on this - I'm happy to pay for accessory packs, costume packs etc but am not willing to buy a 2nd OST Kirk. I simply don't have the space for starters!

Years ago when Darren and I worked together on our twok figures, we spent a whole month thinking about old Khan's hair. We concluded, it would be difficult to do sculpted hair. Check out old Khans outfit collar - is fracking thick. With sculpted hair, the head can't be move at all. It will be more like a statue. Then look at his forehead bangs, another difficult issue to overcome.

I suppose the viability of these could be open to question but yeah, space is more of an issue than cost for me too. Since I want a full set of TMP figures uniform swaps are how I have to go. Many nerds would not be satisfied with TOS Kirk in a TWOK uniform though so variations are limited.

Some options might work though. A basic Majel Barrett sculpt and body with a choice of hair and outfits could be doable I suppose!

Sorry, I didn't express myself very well there (not helped by using OST when I meant TOS...) - I do think a separate TWOK Kirk is valid given how different he looks but I'm not willing to buy a whole other TOS Kirk just to get the formal shirt.

Yeah, I think the big 3 is probable but if you want a TWoK Sulu for example, you'll have a long wait unless the uniform option is available. And with Majel you have:

Number One
Nurse Chapel (blonde)
Doctor Chapel (brunette)
Lwaxana

Just as long as they avoid Chapel's awful wigs from season one. In the Naked time, she looks like she has a squirrel stapled to her head. I want a brunette Chapel but I'm quite happy to paint her hair myself.

Yeah that hairstyle, while being a classic 60's monstrosity, would not look good on the shelf!
