Scotty is having trouble with the transporter. It's doing the evil-duplicate thing again. He's attempting to do a triple phase-inducer workaround -- he's working overtime -- so he can't show up for QMx just yet. Poor Sulu is still on the planet below -- apparently freezing to death with a couple of redshirts -- again! And ALSO -- again -- for whatever reason, nobody seems to remember that a shuttlecraft can just swoosh down there and pick everyone up, but oh well and too bad, so sad. One good thing about this particular transporter issue is that QMx can just use it to duplicate Kirk and Spock (evil versions) for the second go-around offer to make them available to collectors who missed the first round. That could speed-up production. Scotty usually fixes these things in less than 60 minutes, but that was in 1966. Today he's dragging his Scottish feet, and hitting the bottle a wee bit. All we cadets can do is wait patiently I suppose.
Who gave you this info? Must find the leaker!

Yes!! Thanks for stepping in and bringing in some hope Nanjin. Since that is how I was introduced to Star Trek I have been looking forward to those figures the most.
the twok figures will be my bedside figures.

They are looking like what I wanted to made 8 years ago except Kirk (he still needs work).

You will see them after THE lady.

Gary Mitchell telepathically told me all about it before Kirk tucked-him away under that boulder. Kirk had to do it to keep QMx secrets still secret! ;)
So, it was the 23rd century Xmen who leaked the info.

Odd question, but did anyone ever solve the mystery of the readout stickers that came with the UK release of Kirk?, the ones intended to go on his pad?

"This way, Captain!"

Some juicy teasers recently on FB. I'm hoping that Scotty comes in two options, thus perhaps opening a mirror door for others to jump through? That would be great.
Rumor said something happens next week...

If you have Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, you can make a custom image to fit Kirk's digital clipboard. I made one based on the image of the Constitution Class Starship ortho schematics main page from the Franz Joseph Technical Manual. I just grabbed a decent resolution image off the internet and scaled it down to fit the clipboard recess area exactly in Photoshop. I used Adobe Illustrator to draw clean vector line in the image where needed.

Man I really hope TWOK and the rest of TOS are made.

Are the Next Gen still even on the radar ?
When was the last ST new figure released?
Was it the chair ?

Same here, man. I think we will get most of the TOS bridge crew, even Uhura. Not so sure about Chekov, but he would complete the set (my fingers are crossed). I think the most we'll ever see of TWOK are Admiral Kirk/Captain Spock. I have given up hope on getting any more TNG figures. Seems like they aren't going to get past teaser prototypes. I of course hope that I am completely wrong about that. On that note I'd really love to see a complete set of 1st-season TNG bridge crew 6th-scale. Getting Tasha Yar as well as clean-cut young Riker and wine-colored uniform LaForge and Worf would be nice.

At least some are likely to come, especially if the new Picard show piques interest again but I think they are sensible to focus on one show at a time to avoid their sales competing with themselves. Allow 2 years maybe, but some special guests might pop up here and there.
