From that pic, could easily be one of SS best females to date:
-no googly eyes
-good make up around her eyes and lip color
-precise application of fine details, like all the small black points on her body, the tattoos and the painted hair curls on her cheeks
-good shading on her body, not exhaggerated
-the fabric seems of very good quality

I need better pictures to judge the paint finish on her ornaments but if this kind of quality is consistent through all production pieces, I'd say people will get what they paid for.
When I saw the first pics I said I wasn't wowed, now I say this is looking good. Not sure if I've lowered my expectation when it comes down to SS and females - but thinking that Ivy came out a year ago and it was a trainwreck, this Queen looks a huge step forward.
I'm still shocked that so many times they couldn't apply the eye decals decently, yet they pulled off the precise back tattoo without issues (apparently).

Aside from the leg shading which might be the photos the piece looks great. I had few doubts that Sideshow wouldn't get the best factory on the job for their own line. Just waiting on the possible variant. If not, I'll find a way to get the Queen. If only Sideshow released all they teased in the past I would easily be able to get the Queen for free...

If you are implying the "Day of the Dead Queen" it seems that it is completely false, Mark came out about it. Generally people don't decline or dispute rumors in this business, they tend to come out about it blatantly or subtly. I too really like the idea of the DotD Queen, which is why I am trying to get a solid deal, and then see if anyone would do the idea for it.


Any one that has it or heard, does her head come separately?
