Its surprising that HT essentially covered every significant look that Arnie had across T1 with just two figures. They would never do that now.

A couple of curiosities and comments...

Do we think Rick will be the classic sheriff or later seasons? I would lean towards later seasons, given the rooting opportunity.

Probably best to get the current HT Wick, given the time it'll take to get to this one.

Interesting. InArt are behind the Wukong figure that comes with the collector's edition. Only some of those were made available globally with the large majority being sold in China. I wonder if this means they will be allowed to produce more of the main character to be sold separately. It would be strange if they were only allowed to make other characters, meaning only those who secured the collector's edition get to own the protagonist.

Really sad to hear that Chainsaw Man is no longer going to be 1/6.

Glad to hear they still have a Gadot WW in development. But it sounds like it won't be released till 2026 or later at this rate. I wouldn't be surprised if HT puts out a 2.0 of the BVS WW in that time.

I’d have no interest in Sheriff Rick. It’s gotta be Season 7 for Rick, Negan, and Daryl.

I only just processed the line about them not doing BVS Armoured Batman!
So naturally dashed to PO the HT 2.0 deluxe.
KG are still taking orders if anyone else was, like me, waiting for the InArt version.

I guess they decided HT’s latest figure would hurt their sales numbers too much to make it worthwhile. Can probably safely assume the same for Bane. TDKR Catwoman might be a different story since both HT attempts are underwhelming.

• John Wick (1 or 2 looks for me - don’t care for the longer haired looks in 3 & 4 comparatively)
• Ben Affleck BvS Batman figures (get ready for a true HT 2.0 Knightmare)
• Reporter Clark thankfully. A little late to release it though. Makes me wonder if other ppl in the industry heard of this and that’s why we have the 1 complete figure and 1 outfit only set being released right now?
• Wonder Woman - most likely BvS since the other two are also BvS.
• Teenage versions of HP for sure. Smart move on them to release the kid versions first
• More LOTR
• Definitely in for Walking Dead. Even though I don’t care for Rick, will probably have to get him if he’s the first to support the line. I only want Daryl and maybe Negan though. Glad I didn’t order the Present Toys Rick though.

Maybe:

• Constantine
• Terminator but only Arnie for me if anything. I’m getting the P1 1/3 statue so that may be enough for me.

I'm surprised they want to spend time on more of the Snyderverse DC now that it is over.
I have a WW, 2 versions of Batman and the OG Knightmare. I don't think I'm all that fussed in getting InArt versions. They'll be better for sure, as they're twice the cost, but I'll never finish my collection if I upgrade every character.

I would be interested in the Matrix figures as HT never did Trinity, Smith or Morpheus. I have HT Neo and I love that. Wouldn't say no to a rooted hair version though.

The figure I want most from the Terminator line is a T2 Sarah Connor. I think I'll be waiting another 10 years for that at this rate. I would be interested in a T1 Reese and Sarah though. A new Arnie would be good too.

I was always tempted, but never picked up any of the Walking Dead figures from Threezero. I'd definitely pick up Rick and Daryl. I just wish they would do the main big characters throughout the series like Glenn, Maggie and Carol. I'm not that big a Negan fan to get a figure of him.

It seems like they have a lot of figures in the pipeline. It is going to take years before all of these are released. They still haven't even put Daenerys up for preorder and they have shown her quite a long time ago.

InArt's attraction to me is their sculpts and rooted hair. I don't see the appeal in them doing a figure like armoured batman when his head is masked. Would there really be much of a difference from HT?

Thinking we'd never see them or anyone do a new one. I hope INART does a T1 Reese as well. Such a simple figure that Hot Toys could have done ages ago.

But I would love a nice, shiny Endo. Never had one.

InArt's attraction to me is their sculpts and rooted hair. I don't see the appeal in them doing a figure like armoured batman when his head is masked. Would there really be much of a difference from HT?

Though, I wonder if one of their reasons for not doing Armored Batman would be b/c they couldn’t figure out how to do the magnetic feet with the spiked boots that Armored Batman has. Not to mention, given the size/mass of the figure, I wonder if magnetic feet would even allow it to maintain balance when regular InArt figures seem to struggle a bit as well.

I feel better about putting an order in for the HT one in the future though.

Sorry but it seems I did missed out on one more:

- Bale's Batman 1/6 and 1/12 will be considered.
- Unlikely to do rooted hair version due to complexity. (my own comment, probably didn't make any huge difference between rooted/sculpted)

While they don’t have the T2 license yet, that’s a good point I’d take an improved T2 Sarah over T1 for obvious reasons.

I doubt HT would ever do a Sarah or Reese again. The numbers just don’t add up. An Arnie or an Endo would be highly possible I think.

Agreed. I would take some/most of the things on this list with a grain of salt. With their current speed, this would take years to release. In that time, a lot can and will change.

Having said that, I'm excited that they have the T1 license now! The chance seems quite high that they make T2 at some point. Even if it's 5 years from now, given the fan demand in the polls they ran, and it generally still being a hot license with statues and third party offerings, it feels inevitable.

Best part about this is, if they still hold the licenses (likely), HT will absolutely go to war with the matrix and terminator lines now.
