OK cool. I wasn't 100% clear if InArt was 1/6 articulated and statues, or as you mentioned. From what I know the InArt line is all 1/6 figures. The 1/6 statues are by Queen.
The description on their FB group says they'll have have full articulation, so yeah I'd just expect the statues to be under the Queen Studios branding like their Catwoman and Police Joker.OK cool. I wasn't 100% clear if InArt was 1/6 articulated and statues, or as you mentioned.
So will be an interesting next couple of years.
Personally I'm glad they have not loaded their plate too full.
Interesting that some figures have actor names and others don’t so I’m going to guess
Great job on the head/hair, but brown robes?Noiice…
As fun as that would be-Interesting that some figures have actor names and others don’t so I’m going to guess
Wonder Woman will be Adrianne Palicki
Superman will be George Reeves
Paul Atreides will be Kyle MacLachlan
This is exactly the feeling I had when Hot Toys exploded with TDK. It was a whole new level. It is a lot of fun to have that feeling again 10 years later.these Inart figures are really something to admire. I get a sense I never got with hot toys.
It's the feeling a lot of people get with custom figures and it's why the custom scene is so big. It feels like each figure got special attention and time put into it to really push it to be more than just a regular cookie cutter MCU/DC/StarWars figure. These look like custom figures, which is exciting and new for a lot of people. That gandalf wasnt on my radar but now..... now I dont know.. these Inart figures are really something to admire. I dont know how to explain it but judging by the joker and now gandalf I get a sense I never got with hot toys. And if gandalf who I wouldnt consider a must have character for me is tempting me then god help me with everything that they announced yesterday
Yeah just having a bit of fun, a Reeves Superman would be awesome and tbh while last years Dune is the far superior film clearly, I would prefer figures from Lynch’s film, the character designs from that film are stunning. As fun as that would be-
Seeing as the LOTR characters are grouped together- and it’s unlikely that they’ll release one after the other that far into the schedule, especially when Gandalf is already done- it’s a safe assumption that this is not a chronological list and the Wonder Woman and Superman who follow directly from Affleck Batman means it’s Gadot and Caville.
Not guaranteed but it makes sense. At least there’s hope for a company finally getting Gadot’s likeness right- plus, it’ll be interesting to see how they approach the female body and exposed shoulder joints.
Give me Max Shreck and Bob.If they’re into WB properties and particularly DC why not something like Batman Returns? I mean a Batman isn’t super interesting, but a Catwoman and Penguin would be cool.
If they’re doing horror instead of Pennywise why not a Freddy Krueger or something to replace Sideshow’s subpar version?
