What’s still on the InArt production slate? What’s been shown but not put up for order yet?

Ron, Paul and Phoenix Joker are starting to go out, Legolas, Hermione and Michael Jackson are in production, Aragorn and Superman should be almost fully out? Does that about sum it up?

If they’re finishing up three figures and working on three more, I wonder they’ll put another 2-3 up for pre-order soon? Seems like things may be starting to go a little faster so I’ll be curious what the next announcements look like and how many.
These have been shown but no P.O.:

Danerys
Snape
Dumbledore
Rick Grimes
Negan
Daryl Dixon
Reeve Supes/Clark Kent
Thorin Oakenshield

I think it’s just yourself and @Gpanthony that are pulling for the Chainsaw Man INART stuff. I think they look sweet but not an anime I’m familiar with.

For sure, I still want them! I hope they do several of the characters from that show and other anime. I would really love some top shelf anime figures in 1/6 scale. Threezero has done a good job so far, but leave something to be desired.

Annoucing animated/ stylized characters as part of the Inart line up in their mission statement was a big draw for me. I love the hyper realistic takes on film characters, but having a variety of looks is interesting to me, too.

I remember they also talked about releasing a 2nd MJ figure and a Bruce Lee for last year. They also said once there production started getting faster, they would like to announce on a regular basis maybe 1-2 figures a month. Who knows with their potential ramp up of announcements, the ROTS line, and increasing Artisan announcements, 2025 might be more expensive than 2024 for some of us lol.

To add, I believe they also mentioned securing the T1 license or alluding to it and wanting to do Neo from The Matrix, most likely first film look.

I think we’re a while from seeing 1-2 figures a month lol. But I’m happy to be proved wrong!

2025 will kill me with ROTS 20th line.

I do wonder if we'll see more announcements now that they seem to have improved their delivery time. Although I guess that's separate from needing the time to actually develop each figure properly. I'm mainly interested in more LOTR, Reeve Superman, Terminator, Harry Potter and might be tempted by those TWD figures with how good they look.

Definitely passing on Dany, but copping the rest. I never watched TWD, but I don’t think I can pass up on quality figures.
Whattttt!? Not a GoT fan?

Out of these picks, I’m only grabbing Daenerys, possibly Rick and Negan (would’ve preferred a different Rick version), and TDKR Catwoman, which has also been shown.

I’d love to see T1, ideally the Police Shootout look, Matrix 1 Neo, Frodo and Sam, and of course, TDK Batman and BvS Batman. BvS Wonder Woman would be a nice surprise too, but I bet they’re still working on the seamless application.

Sadly…I WAS a GoT fan.

But we all know what happened with that.

I TRIED to move on, but it’s tough. I’d occasionally watch clips of the most talked about moments from time to time..then reality sinks in when I remember the finale.

I dunno…if they ever showed Jon Snow and it’s PERFECT…maaaaaaybe…I’ll maybe get it lol.

Ah, it’s my favorite TV show, warts and all. S1-4 is always going to be a masterclass for me.

I wish INART had gone with an earlier seasons look for Daenerys (namely her S3 blue dress look), but I still love her character all the way to the end, even if the “Mad Queen arc” wasn’t executed well lol.

And because they did Winterfell Dany, I’d hope they make a ‘King in the North’ Jon. Perhaps that entices you?

I'd say Seasons 1-6. Must include Battle of the *******s... and the last episode where Cersei blows everyone up.

Personally, since I binged season's 1-6 right before Season 7, and didn't have the yearly wait between seasons, I enjoyed Season 7 as well. Season 8 was the only one I waited for, made up my own ending, and thus was not entirely satisfied. But once I cooled, I mostly like Season 8. I love The Long Night. I love that Dany didn't understand that destroying "the masters" didn't mean that people were at last "free" (her decision to destroy the city didn't work for me at the moment they chose, though). But I loved that it was Jon that had to kill her. It was bitter. And I loved the irony that Dany didn't understand that the dreaded "wheel" she wanted to destroy was the Iron Throne itself which she wanted so badly. And that it was her death that finally accomplished her mission and destroyed the wheel. That said, there were a lot of bumps along the way that I didn't like. I hated Cersei's demise. I hated that Jaime learned nothing. Also, the many shortcuts -- but there were just too many characters to do them all justice.

All in all, though, there won't be another show like it again, with that scope and grandeur and amount of amazing characters, in our lifetime.

This.

Three of the four highest rated episodes of the show - Hardhome, Battle of B*stards, and Winters of Winter - are after season 4 ended. Two more of the top ten (The Door and Spoils are War) are in seasons 6 & 7.

I can always tell who the GOT haters are if they say only season 1-4 are good. GOT started to become a cultural phenomenon after season 4 ended. Popularity started to grow fast after season 3 and exploded after season 4. If 5/6 weren't any good, the viewers wouldn't have kept climbing.

Season 7 has its moments but that's where you start to see things going south. Everyone was too invested by season 8 to walk away. But ignoring season 6, which is absolutely incredible, is just nonsense. I'll never forget hearing the piano kick off the Winds of Winter episode. We actually had never heard piano on the show before - as soon as the piano kept going for a bit I knew something was going to go down, but I never would have guessed what we got.

I'm still mad about what they did to season 8 and how things ended, but Game of Thrones is one of the best made TV shows of all time and we'll never see anything like it again. I don't know how people just walked away. I'll still rewatch again and have memorabilia from it. It was too good for too long to just pretend it didn't happen.

I think S1-4 are perfect to me and unmatched in terms of everything. However, I still love S5-8 and its got some of my favorite epic moments too. I actually find myself rewatching the later seasons more actually!

I pretty much agree with everything else you said though, things just weren’t executed well in the end. D&D are amazing when they have reference material, so it’s apparent the loose plot points given by GRRM weren’t enough for them lol.

I was introduced to the entirety of GoT in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic so I was able to binge everything. Maybe that’s why I’m not too sour on the final seasons.

huh…? I LOVE all the seasons. You misinterpreted what I said. I literally love all the episodes in the final seasons you mentioned. But S1-4 are in a league of its own and imo, S5 and on dipped in overall quality. Good Lord, just an opinion. No need to be so hasty.

Confirmation bias is strong here. Tired of this lol, but just cause y’all don’t like me, you only see what you want to see, twist what I say and form a misguided opinion. Unreal :lol

Yep. Still, one of the best sequences ever. Very little dialogue, mostly great images and that haunting piano. That Sapochnik director is great -- every time I saw his name I knew we were in for incredible action.

Yep, one of the best moments. I haven’t listened to the score lately, but always one of the best compositions by Djawadi.

The music in that scene is just *perfect*. It starts ramping up right when Margaery declares "something's wrong" - then the organ kicks in when she starts yelling at people to leave in between the cuts of Lancel desperately crawling to put out the flame.

I don't think there's every been an instance of music helping to build dramatic tension better than that. I had goosebumps as that whole thing played out - oh what I wouldn't give to watch that as a first timer again.
