I see what you mean, ledger was just more muscular than the statue. Joker isn't meant to have muscles so maybe it's creative licence

I mean I think the detention scene was earlier in the movie which is why his hair is shorter. He slimmed yo for sure for the role like the nurse outfit but yeah I wouldn’t want a bulkier Joker lol.

I think that?s the difference from paying 300$ for shipping as opposed to 150$. The 300 option got it to me within 5 days where the 150 it said 4-6 weeks
