question about Legolas cloak

Um, no really. The knives are meant to go between the figure and the quiver.

Yeah...but it looks to me like the quiver is turned over to show how the holes can't be seen. The pic of the cloak from the outside appears to me to show the straps in the correct positions. Maybe I am seeing it wrong, though.

He just had it turned over to show the holes; the third strap isn't pulled yet. I can see how it would be misleading though. I'm not gonna do it just yet, first I wanna see if I can track down an extra cloak and then I'll go for it.

Its not about the cloak but could someone tell me if it is possible to get Leg's tunic thing from poping out? The farbic just is waving out and I want it to lay flat?
