I use both. Generally I'll use Ebay.com.au but for hard to find stuff I use Ebay.com (i.e. when I wanted an exclusive buffy). If you watch an item from any site it appears in your user profile - so sometimes I go to the US site, watch it, then log in through Ebay.com.au to get the $A price.

I also sometime use ebay.co.uk as this gives better searches through the EU. I got a whole stack of bond figures from germany at a good price because the german site isn't searched by ebay.com or ebay.com.au but was searched from there. Ebay isn't as integrated worldwide as it likes to make out.
