Question on 1/6 scale clothing makers?

Hi , not sure if I posted this in the right area , forgive me if I didnt. but I am looking for someone that does custom clothing on 1/6 scale female figures. Im trying to make a Jill Valentine S.T.A.R.S. version figure, like this...

She really isn't that hard to make. The shoulder pads are the only tough part. I used a type of foam on mine and it turned out pretty good.

ya that does look good. I saw your other ones you made to there great like joseph , barry, and all them, would you mind giing me a low down on what stuff you used on your figures? thanks
