It is always on the table, we want to do Elvish armor first
but we have come across the problem for helmet.

Almost all helmets, cannot fit in any random head.
the head has to be exclusively designed for it

In this case, if we make a head, then the idea of armor set for mass collection is meaningless.
you cannot have an army of soldiers with identical faces.
(its not star wars~)

How about a head with swap out face plate, elves are all a similar build, so no need for differing head sizes and just one helm,

HS, Horse armor and weapon are all done.
Waiting for clothing and other little accessories.

I'm probably in the minority here but I hate the design of the wargs from The Hobbit.

I replied in the Tauriel thread that I was considering it. Im more of a fan of The LOTR than The Hobbit though. Depends what the dwarves look like. Gimli is a definite to finish the fellowship. I don't know about any others though.

We have Merry and Pippen designing at moment,
it is our goal right from the start

Finish what Sideshow started off.

Hobbit/Dwarf body is tricky, but after doing the articulated horse body,
we feel comfortable to make a good small body too.
