Qusetion about stained Hot Toys body

I recently purchased a hot Toys Wesker body, but it seems that the clothing he had on, stained some parts of the body. I know this was done by the clothing, since the body I had on my Snake Eyes had stained a TT as well. I normally wouldnt matter but one of the stains is on the right arm, which will show since the figure has sleeveless shirt.
Anyway, is there a way to remove the stains? Any help would be appreciated.

You could try the method MEGO collectors use to clean up discoloring on figures....

Or you can try submerging the part in a cup of water and then adding some denture cleaning tablets, or you could try submerging the part in Peroxide cut with a bit of water.
