RAGE OR Dark Souls??? Waiting for Skyrim!

I am about to go crazy waiting for Skyrim to come out. 2 games are coming out very soon and I can't decide which one will hold me over best. Rage or Dark Souls? any thoughts anyone on which to get?

That's a tough one. Dark Souls looks to be pretty interesting, but Rage should be pretty incredible as well.

While I'm sure Rage will have it's own elements that make it stand out from other FPS RPG games, I'm more or less fried out on those games. I platinumed Demon's Souls, I can tell you it was a very unique and enjoyable experience compared to other games these days, and if you get into it, you'll be dropping many hours into Dark Souls.

Rage is for anyone, Dark Souls is for the hardcore gamer. Between the 2 I would base it on that.

Based on you jonesing for Skyrim, why don't you give Dark Souls a try since it's almost if not exactly from the same genre.

2 completely different games. I would go with Rage. I wouldnt get into dark souls until after u finish skyrim. You might be burned out with hardcore RPGs by the time Skyrim comes along if you spend countless hours on Dark Souls. I definitely will be getting Rage and then Skyrim after that.

RAGE is the first game I've actually been excited about in a long time - so I would say that one!

I'm afraid to look into Dark Souls. Love those type of games, but it's just so hard for to find the time to play 'em out...
