Rick boots
This was all drybrushed on...basically dabbed on...i didnt even seal with anything first. Brown shoe base color...then a lighter brown....then tannosh and lighter brown still then finally dab on some whiteish brown. Gonover seams with transparent smoke.....done!WHAT? My Redman boots won't hold any paint! It just bubbles up and dries like it was never there.
Ha ha i love your gifs brother....thanks man im happy with em too. Now on the the Rick clothes set!Hold Up!...Damn Jake! Those boots are insane!!! The weathering and the detail on the soles are out of this world! Great work man!
Then they arent the same....these might be the iminime ones....ill ask the customer.Wait, those don't even look like mine... Mine have a pattern on the sides and feel/move like rubber.
Try using army painters matte sealer as primer on them first then paint....should work...i do have a set of boots like that and i will try it eventually and let ya know. They're definitely not the same. I assumed you meant they were for you, so I figured they were the Redman ones. Tarnation!
I guess them being rubber and me trying to airbrush them would explain why mine won't do anything near that.
J.C. Hong is accepting comissions....try him first, if not ill do em for ya.Well I now know who will paint my Rocketeer Boots
