Wow.. On different note here , bit of advice fellas ...
On rm's site if I'm seeing VIP figures sold out when I go into action figures does that mean I've hit VIP status ?
I swear I've not seen them there before or maybe a glitch .thanks

I've seen those without being logged in.

Think once the figure orders have completed they all show now.

I'm seeing it as well man. Think it's a glitch as I'm definitely not a VIP yet.

Yea the VIP for past releases can be viewed by all now don't even need to be logged in. If the Bickle one appears for you when it goes up your golden! How much you spent with RM through his site? If its more than 2500 it's likely your VIP already

Yea the VIP for past releases can be viewed by all now don't even need to be logged in. If the Bickle one appears for you when it goes up your golden! How much you spent with RM through his site? If its more than 2500 it's likely your VIP already

and if you spent more than 2500 and its not showing you are VIP. You might want to bring that up to Rainman's attention

Hard to say but going on past experience one more ordering around end of October possibly 2 all depends on RM I guess

So back to what I was saying.

Ok fellas. I have recieved an email from Rainman. He will consider tweaking the nose to make slightly bigger and open the eylelids a bit more. He will look into it, but there are issues with casting, but he thinks he can mod it a bit.

I need someone to send me some photo manips if possible to send him. Please dont start posting funny or disrespectful pics becuase I will send them to him and shout you out. Lets approach this seriously and be civil about it.

As always I have copies of my email corresspondence with Rainman for full transparency for anyone who wants to see what the conversations are and dated.

He is without a doubt trying to accomodate us and we thank him for it. I notice that the sale announcement is up already so tweaking may be done after during the full run production process. Thanks

It was one more example of Rainman trying to please his vocal audience. I'm sure he feels like he is in a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" situation when people ask him for something, he does it, then he gets slammed for it for whatever reason. If folks don't have confidence Rainman can execute something well enough, it may be best not to ask to begin with. Because then I think it's going a bit far to say, "well you know, I don't like how you did what I asked you to do Rainman. Try something different, like X, Y, Z."

IMO showing interest for a character choice is the same as expressing preferences in expression, accessories, etc. All we can do is have a show of hands and add suggestions along the way. The rest is in the artists hands...

Numb is as close to netural as you can get. There were things that could've been done to the sculpt to achieve the look better; but the choice of look isn't the prob IMO

Can he possibly refine the Mohawk also? Could do with a little more detail in my humble opinion. Looks quite blocky.

That's an area that I felt needed that exact improvement but I just didn't mention it. I'd like to see it choppier and messier too but I'm sure he'll say that he doesn't want to do it like that because he's worried about breakage.

I'm not crazy about that stanpoint if I'm honest. Instead of saying he can't do things that's important to the character because he's worried, just take measures to protect it more safely for shipping

In regards to the nose, that side shot overlay he made shows the length and point of the nose the best. I would reference it.

It's almost there. It's a bit small in general but it looks more spot on from the profile view than a straight on shot. The tip could use the most work.

People arguing over the Internet over Figures. Just glad I dont care either way.
