I had to pay £20 customs fee and that was just for the HS.

Cheers was that at the fedex depot or parcel force, and do they send you a letter to collect or give you the item and pay laters

It's with Parcelforce and they will send you a letter to pay fees first (should you have any) then they'll send the parcel.
