He is working on the specs for the redrum door as we speak and seemed interested in helping us out.But too early to say anything for certain.He is working on a few other projects at the moment.
For the 237 door i would love a full dio with the carpet pattern like Rainman's base on his figures.Would look alot better.

The reason i got grand package is exactly what u guys are saying. Never will this set get made to this detail for that low of a price.

Iminimes breaking bad set, which was 3 regular figures and 2 loose outfits, was 2 grand itself.

This is 4 figures, 3 of which are all custom developed for the release. Not to mention the tailoring, sculpting, painting, and accessories (trike etc ).

Imo the set is a steal, especially from the artist who is offering it.

Definitely agree! Except for me I just went DX as I don't care for the Twins as characters and I only collect characters I really like despite them looking amazing!

Well the Breaking bad set was actually 5 full figures (2 versions of Walt, 2 versions of Jesse, and Hank), with one extra outfit (you could part together the rest of that figure for an extra cost). But yeah, if you think of this as 4 Rainman figures the price is definitely more defensible. Twins aren't all that important to me, though it's certainly the best value of the bunch if you think of this as two figures for $300-400 a pop.

I was thinking that Danny + the tricycle is basically the price he would charge for a full set figure plus the bike, and the amount of work he's put into Danny is probably greater than what he put into Jack. So you can understand the price, but it still stings, and to the outside observer would be madness!

Strange to see no sets up on the site, even sold out ones. Guess he took them down to stop them popping back up.
What an amazing feeling, knowing this will be arriving sometime this year.

I'm still debating over whether to go with the DX or the full set, and have checked both out. Freakin' $1,200. . .justifying it is hard, but damn do I want that Danny and trike. My fear is that the longer I procrastinate, the greater the chance that Rainman will pull these out any day without notice, and I'll be left with nothing! I say this as in the past he has canceled orders after 3 days (though he told folks ahead of time it would happen), and I think 5 days.
