There will be an option inside the clothes set to pick your desired head. Its a new system.

Apparently this time around (once it opens) when you select Clothing set, it then gives you the option to add a painted or unpainted head.

To be honest the only thing that is sort of off with Danny is the hair.
The face sculpt is really good actually. Very good.
