Re: Rainman wants you!
Hendrix has been done by serang so technically it's been done already so it's not new.

He probably won't do Hendrix because of that. But be real, when's the last time u saw a legit jimi figure by serang is someone's collection??? didn't he only do like 2 DXs? The rest were bash kits? Denny Kim has done characters that rainman has done already...I don't see the problem. Maybe he just doesn't have any interest in that specific character and is using the "it's been done already" excuse not to do it. IMO a jimi Woodstock figure would be SO amazing. That tailoring alone would make people outside the hobby stop and say...."where in the hell did u get that????" Thats why Jimi is my first pick
What does that exactly mean tho??

Right on! Another artist doing only a few doesn't really count, in my opinion.
Despite the fact that Bogie is one of the most iconic actors in the history of film (you could go Casablanca, Maltese Falcon, Treasure of the Sierre Madre, or several of other roles), the "high end, 1/6 scale" audience from this board isn't interested apparently. A few years back Denny Kim wanted to do Bogart, and there was very little interest, which initially baffled me, and of course, disappointed me as well. But most would rather some movie from the 1990s than the 1940s.I am a little surprised though that there hasn't been any requests for Rick Blaine from Casablanca.
Mediocre movie IMO, but I love that look on Paxton's character.I like the idea of a mid exorcism Regan, but i'd want to complete the scene with bed, Karras and Merrin.
Other horror contenders? I know Cult King have got The Lost Boys in the works, but how about the guys from 1987's greatest vampire flick?

This is slowly beginning to sound more and more like the wish list thread.
I think someone should make a new one with a poll of the characters.
Toshiro Mifune in armor from Seven Samurai. That would be tough and niche.
