Well as muched as i think that the hair looks awesome, jacket is excellent and glasses are also really good, i just can't see Helena in that sculpt.

yes. the current paint looks like marla after rehab, a make over and a suntan.

its obviously a beautiful piece of work as always, but i agree the paint job makes her look too healthy. the work on the hair is spectacular. however, I won't regret passing this up, my fight club collection is already complete.

I do see Marla in that sculpt, but only when she's wearing the glasses. IMO, her eyes are way too round - she needs heavier eyelids to look more like HBC. I understand the issues with the skin tone and having to match it more to the body color, but her lipstick color should definitely be changed. Luckily, that's an easy one. But to alter the eyes would mean more sculpting work. Is Rainman too far along to change this, or could she be improved? I agree that it's a great looking figure, but in a beautiful sense as a stand-alone piece. Accurate to Fight Club? No. Marla shouldn't be as beautiful as a Barbie doll. We here are all about realism, and she is waaaay too pretty for Fight Club.

im not too crazy about this...
I can see now a slight difference in the face and neck color in that first picture. As Elvis suggested, can the neck and torso also be painted a paler color with an airbrush? It might not hold up to excessive handling but it would be better than nothing.
Sounds good. I was expecting Rainman to use a different chest anyway ala Tyler and Jack. The female truetype has big breasts. Which we know Marla didnt really have.

It honestly could be the lighting in the pictures thats throwing off the likeness. To me its making her look like Edward Scissor Hands.
Well I think bonham's facial features are similar to depp.

The eye brow could be a little less thick and pronounced. Need to tone that down a bit.

Are you sure about that? HBC's eyebrows are awfully thick, especially in Fight Club.
