Maybe I don't come down to this section that often but I've never seen Devil666 express anger or frustration? That can't possibly the same man that created this topic.

EDIT:

Man, I should have known Devil did it for the lolz. :lol

I was like, "what, is he serious"?

For the first time ever I refused to sell an item to a buyer... pretty much right off the bat he started asking odd questions about condition; asked if the mailer was in "perfect condition" and to make sure there was "no dust" on anything when I shipped. It was a pricey figure and being shipped to Australia so I went with my gut an told him to ____ off :lol

Sadly I got a negative feedback I can't do anything about; initially I was not going to be credited with my seller fees, but after contacting eBay I got them back.

The guy should have asked all those questions before bidding. THEN I would have blocked them because people that ask too many questions like that will be a headache.

Yeah, I wish he had as well... but in this case I'll take the negative (my first one in over 14 years) rather than risk getting shafted by a newb.

I did open a dispute on the feedback, but I know those are pretty hopeless even if eBay agrees with you that the buyer is a douche :lol

Yeah, it sounds like you will be stuck with the negative. But you can at least make a rebuttal to it so that anyone who sees it will be able to read your side as well.

Yep, already posted the rebuttal... oh well, guess I go back up to 100% in a year :huh

Annoying thing is I've already refunded the guys money; yet he continues to message me requesting his money and threatening that eBay and Paypal have told him I need to send it back :huh :lol Guys a total tool :lol

I'm kind of hoping he'll continue and even escalate to harassment so I can use that as proof that his negative was unwarranted.

My first response to her was that paypal advises against sending it to any other address not listed with them. But then she got mad at me. If she leaves me negative, it will be my first and not the end of the world. It's just really annoying when people buy things but they give you an address that doesn't work for them. Wtf?

You did the right thing. I've had it happen several times that their eBay address doesn't match their Paypal address. I tell them that I'll only ship it to where it says on Paypal and tell them to either change it on Paypal or they don't get the item.

It's gotten to the point that I actually put that in my auctions now. Will ship to address listed with Paypal only.

That's not a bad idea. I think I'll steal it. :p Shame it's getting to the point where my auction conditions are longer than the item description. :monkey1

I guess we'll just have to see what happens. I am worried she will get it and break it and say it was broken, just to get back at me.

What do I do if she does that? Because that thing is mint. I took photos of it, every piece it came with, etc. I did get insurance, but I don't know how reliable usps insurance really is.

Forward the photos to PayPal and upgrade your account to a Merchant account. I always make sure to take a pic with the product and the PayPal invoice (printed out) in the same pic to prove date and include with the archive of document photos.
