Re: Galactiboy's Collection of Terror!!!

Looks great bro! Jealous of that Rod Serling. Someday...

You've got one being painted right?

He's definitely a figure I've wanted for a long time, but didn't think would ever happen. Really looks good with the TZ figs :rock

Some individual shelves:

One of my newest additions; The Thing From Another Planet by Spenser!!!

Awesome classic sci-fi figures you got there, galactiboy! The Gort and Klaatu figures looks great. What a coincidence, I'm watching the 1951 classic, "The Day the Earth Stood Still" right now on my iPhone. :rock

Re: Galactiboy's Collection of Terror!!!

Yeah, those were a set of figures I didn't think would ever get made. Klaatu is actually a pretty good figure; Gort leaves a bit to be desired (too simplistic of a sculpt IMO) but there is no confusion over who they are.

Right now I'm wanting to get a Mars Attacks Soldier to go on that shelf in place of Buck. I think that would make a great grouping of figures :rock

Re: Galactiboy's Collection of Terror!!!

I saw it in person yesterday. It was too much to take in. My head is still reeling. The biggest 1:6 grouping I'd ever seen and extremely cool.

I got Joseph drunk and tricked him into signing it all over to me in his will.:naughty

Re: Galactiboy's Collection of Terror!!!

And just when I decided I wouldn't mention your close but strange relationship with Batty.

Its okay, everyone already knows about it.

Remember that rumor I tried to start about you being a hot chick, someone actually has a quote from you about that in there sig :lol

Re: Galactiboy's Collection of Terror!!!

Excellent collection, GB! I need to "futz" a bit more with my Animal and Gonzo. Still haven't got Animal his drum sticks! Dig the decapitated Pam Voorhees, and hiding skeletons :lol

Re: Galactiboy's Collection of Terror!!!

Man, I don't check this thread for a bit and I have page of back and forth between Coco and King :lol And for the record, it was I who tickled Coco... it was my house afterall :lol

I haven't taken pics yet of the shelves Coco made for me, but suffice to say the are badass :rock :rock

My Vader 1:1 bust should be arriving today, just keeping my fingers crossed they deliver it after my wife gets home from work. Either way I'll post up some pics tonight :duff

Thanks man, Pamela was a fun one... figured it was the best way to salvage a pretty hated figure :lol

Re: Galactiboy's Collection of Terror!!!

Great piece man.

You should have Cocoboloboy make you small shelf to put the helmet on above him.

Re: Galactiboy's Collection of Terror!!!

I'm wondering what would work... I'll have to get his professional opinion on how best to handle this.

Re: Galactiboy's Collection of Terror!!!

Badass J, kongrats. Looks great in your collection :rock :rock :rock

Sideshow really did a great job on it. Like Evil said, you should have Coco hook you up with something to display the helmet.

Re: Galactiboy's Collection of Terror!!!

Thanks King! He's no Darkness, but will do for me :lol

BTW, I was thinking a low pedestal might work for Yoda in front of Vader.

As it is now:

Using a box as a stand-in pedestal:

I would need to reposition Vader a bit to the right and move the shelf on the left over a bit; but think it could look kind of cool, yet not be too cluttered.
