Yes, we can erase the paint and re-paint it.

As far as I know, any headsculpt. The Wayne sculpt in the pic was sculpted by Adam and he does say

repaint service is done by customer's color taste~
This is the 1st preview and if this is ok with customer, it's done or it can be also changed~
all up to customers~
