The SFP was made by Bandai, of course, released in 1995, it goes for about $700 on ebay. There's a black version too.

In my opinion, you want to look for a nice model (done by sculpter YUJI SAKAI , if possible) and pay someone to put it together and paint it. It will be the best product you can get for a godzilla right now.
