Just PO'ed this bad boy and finally placed the Cap 1:1 bust on flex pay... Seems he'll have company with the Green Goblin, Superman and Batman! I'm sure January 2013 = May/June 2013...
No way in hell, Batman, Superman, Red Skull, and Green Goblin will all be ready by Dec 2012 or Jan. 2013....

Yeah, those eyes need to be painted right in the final product. The rest shouldn't be that difficult. awesome Bust though. Him n Cap are a must. And Batman and Superman. The 1:1 Bust line is on a roll.

i think the knight's cross needs a ribbon. defnitely creepy. not into life size pieces but it will look cool next to cap.

I'm inclined to agree with this. No way he's shipping 6 months from now. It seems the norm for alot of SS's pieces is to take 8 to 9 months to ship from the time they went up for order. And in some cases, even longer. I mean look at the Joker PF. It's already been 10 months and will probably be 11 by the time we have him in hand.
Red Skull is just ca-raaaazy. Really cool. You could inflict a lifetime of trauma on a small child by putting that thing in their room one night
I have a really hard time believing that the painting of the irises is going to be anywhere near what we're seeing here, on the actual busts customers get - but it'll be interesting to see. He isn't for me, but he is awesome.

I just ordered mine an of course I had to order the Cap to go with it. I would really love movie versions but these will do for now. I'm hoping for a LE of 200 like Atom which I also ordered. Do you think the amount of preorders effect the LE number?

it definitely affects the edition number, hence the TBD. They'll make enough to meet demand; for example the dark x-men dio wasn't in demand, thus only 150 will be made.

Maybe it's open ES like Warmachine. That will be great since I'll wait to get this later down the line to go with Cap 1:1 ; )

Yes, can't wait for this one... always loved the skull.. and I'm hoping the ES will be low too... I had to pull the trigger on the Green Goblin Bust as well.. that ES is tiny.. and once the new Spider-Man life size bust comes out.. The Green Goblin probably will be long gone. It just makes sense to have a new Spidey.. the old bust looks like he just passed gas, or he's very very confused.. with the really huge eyes and weirdly furrowed brow... but with the new design of Venom, GG, and Carnage 1:1 busts.. Spidey can't be too far behind.
I hope your right. I never cared for the original and I don't want to pay the markup he's going for in order to complete my display.

I will be very surprised if we don't see a new Spidey 1:1 bust soon...they remade Venom to take on the hyper realism look..no reason to think that Spidey won't be far behind Gobby!
if they do make another spidey 1:1, I hope it isn't based on the movies
