I cant believe theyre releasing probably the only other Marvel character Id get a PF of besides the grey hulk.

love the character. He'll blend in nicely with my Hellboy collection's style.

I can't believe no one posted the description....

....This piece depicts the Red Skull standing on top a bunch of debris and rubble. He's got spent shell casings all over the floor of course from the pistol that he's hiding behind his back in his left hand and in his right hand he's got his swagger stick and he's got this really reminscent Gestapo uniform on as well and of course the wonderful headsculpt that makes the Red Skull and hes got this really menacing scowl on his face as if he's looking at Captain America charging at him....

Interesting enough they are trying have him face off against the Cap PF in a stare off at a distance type of thing.....of course you have to ignore the Ultron head but still.....

Oh please. They made a Dio of Captain America vs. Red Skull, and they have a companion piece for the Hulk and Spider-Man PFs.

They have that with the Buffy PF line. I imagine the same goes for the Star Wars, and LOTR lines. Oh, even the Universal Monsters line has it with the Frankenstein and Bride of Frankenstein. You see, it's pretty much in every license.

This is not surprising at all. Taking credit... what a guy.

Anyway, onto the choice. I think it's a great one. Well boys and girls depending how this piece turns out will decide the fate on my Thing PF and Blade vs. Dracula dio preorders. Cause I myself always wanted a companion to my Cap PF. Hmmm, I have two Caps. Sell one Cap for a Red Skull... be a better match instead of just displaying modern Cap with WWII Cap.

I don't know if we'll get that for PC reasons. But it would definitely bring up the "cool factor" of the PF if they did.

Like I said, if this Red Skull is mind blowing, it wins hands down over both the Thing PF and Blade dio.

At the end of the day I'll probably own all three of them, or 2 of the three.

That's what I was thinking. Unfortunately, today's PC world probably wouldn't allow an SS uniformed Red Skull without some serious legal concerns.

Only if Marvel says so like on the Dio. Sideshow isn't afraid swastiks or nazi imagery because they made Nazi Kroenen and Final Battle Kroenen has a little Nazi flag on the back of his helmet. Even if the outfit is the SS outfit without the specifics like swastiks or iron crosses, etc. I think it would still look awesome.

Funny you mentioned that because I was just going to edit my post after I remembered about the Kroenen figure. Oh well, you beat me to the punch. So perhaps they may have the guts to explore that. I just have my doubts that Marvel will agree to that. If that were the case we probably would have seen that on the Red Skull dio.
