After seeing a couple of of...uhm...Barbie Batman v Superman customs...lol...I decided to do a custom.
I used a T800 Arnie body, hands are dx12 hands.
I cut the face off the Jake Gylenhall head that came with I think ttm19 and I think it makes a nice mouthpiece specially since it has
the 5 o'clock shadow on it already.

Beautiful work on Batman. I like your batman a lot more then the one Hot toys has shown, Fantastic job using the HT Jake head it looks perfect! You just inspired me to order both bats from Amazon, Thank you!!!

Really love how this turned out and I'm shocked at the barbie batman costume. The mask, suit, gauntlets, shoes...they're great quality, including the cape. it drapes naturally.

what the? lol thats crazy good! i cant believe thats the barbie bats! love him. you could do all kinds of eye and mouth swiping with the hot toys pieces. i like the proportions of his body and the shorter neck. hmmm all kinds of ideas going . nice mod brother

Thanks buddy. I know crazy...I still find it hard to believe that the core parts of this is Barbie. I'm trying not to think of it as a Barbie. lol.
I do love how the body looks...I think it actually looks better than the current Hot Toys version...although I think hot toys will still improve that.
I have been looking at the at other body I was initially thinking of using, I think this might look even better on a Kaustik Plastik Heroik body.
So I ordered one on ebay. Will post to see if its an improvement.

Updated Custom Batman v Superman.
Changed the body to Kaustik Plastik Heroik.
Much much better. Body looks more natural and looks closer to Affleck's build.

Thanks for the input bud.
There's several things that doesnt make the Arnie body the optimum body.
The suit is made for a smaller barbie figure, so I really had to stretch the suit up to get closer to the neck, cause otherwise, when you put the cowl on, you can still see the flesh body underneath. That's why he looks hunched, I had to do that so that the cowl can get very close to the suit. So that pose is not a choice. Although you can get away with it cause Batman does hunch a lot.
I'm also an@l and spend a lot of times trying to find the right pose, and everytime you pose him, the suit comes down, and I have to take the cowl off everytime and pull the suit back up.
The Kaustik body is slightly shorter than the Arnie body, so the suit fits him much much better. Once the back is stitched up, I no longer had to worry about the suit coming down when I re-pose him.
Also, with the Arnie body, with the suit pulled all the way up, it really makes him look like he has a smaller and flat abs.
One of the things about Batfleck's appearance is he looks very jacked...and looks more like a Mr Olympia.
The hot Toys body plus the suit kinda makes him look more slender and smaller than Superman...and one of the things Snyder mentioned is that he really wants Batman to look bigger than Superman.
With the Kaustik body, he does appear bigger man the MOS figure.
So overall, I do like the look and prefer the Kaustik body.

I'm pretty sure the mos body won't work cause it's too tall.
The suit is made for a smaller Barbie body. So, for a taller hot toys body like the Arnold body, the collar portion of the suit barely meets the cowl. The cowl and cape is supposed to cover the collar of the suit. So for a taller mos body, the cowl and cape won't be able to cover the collar of the the suit so you'll have exposed body showing.
The kaustik body is shorter than the Arnie body so it works well with suit.

Added some more details. Painted the brass knuckles gold, grime on the bottom of the cape, and added some detailing on the abs.
Moved him also a different detolf next to the MOS v1 painted Superman.
I'm gonna reserve the other shelf for the Hot Toys Batman v Superman Trinity with Wonder Woman.

Finally got a chance to repaint the face.
The body was painted a while back. The body was repainted with lacquer paint mixed with thinner.
repainted gold to the belt, gloves and boots also with lacquer paint then drybrushed black over it.
Added cuts to the bat emblem and the belt.
I replaced the cape with the Enterbay Batman Begins Cape. I know its now screen accurate but it looks great with the figure.
Not bad for a $25 figure.

Finished repainting my 2nd Batman.
As I mentioned before, I wanted to lighten the suit and also add blue hues to the suit.
Very happy with the results.
