Yeah, that's the head sculpt from the White Uniform Nazi Female from several years ago. The HS is rare as hell now but they resurfaced on eBay called "1/6 scale custom Female cute girl Head Sculpt Brown Hair" as you mentioned. It's the very same one I'm using for my two Claire's, but the repaint you had done to yours makes her look exactly like Claire!

I finally received my HT Ada body to upgrade to Jill using Viking's kit. I installed most of the parts just fine. However, I can't seem to get the head to pop on. Did anyone else have this problem? Is there something I am missing? I figured I would check here before going any further because I feel like I will break something if I apply anymore pressure.

Put the head in hot water for like 30 seconds and pop it on worked for me.
