Does anyone know of any certain signs that a figure is a knock off? I purchased a loose re4 Leon from eBay and I can’t tell if it’s hot heart or hot toys. Are there any tell tale signs? I know the jacket is a dead giveaway but this one came without it.

Did you guys saw this Licker statue by Numskull ?

It is mentionned 6.5" in height, but because of the crounching position, he is obviously taller than than. Do you think it's in scale with 1/6 figures ?
Lickers are my favorite monsters in RE. Really gross and creepy.

If only we could also get the OG Leon HS from the companies that will make him in the future it would be a dream come true, if not, custom sculptor here I come, I will do anything to get this sculpt in my hands just gotta hope Damtoys hurries the f up

I got used to how Leon looks in the remake even though I hated the change but this mod is next level. ^

Isn't the jacket way too poofy ? It's pretty tight in the game

But I just bought the body of this figure. There is not a lot of possibilities regarding non-seamless bodies that don't look like crap. So I will see if I can use it for something.

Needs some adjusting, nothing a little ironing won't fix!

A very early look at my custom RE4 Leon. Remaking the chair scene. I’m going to print out a background for the scene. Obviously still working on the clothing and stuff for Leon. I’m getting his head repainted.

At first I was thinking of putting a custom Ashley on one side of the chair and Ada on the other side. But I think I’ll just have Ashley there otherwise might be too crowded.

Looks amazing! Was that Jacket a commission? Or is there an online store selling them? I have the Threezero Rick Grimes jacket but this one looks so much better.

It’s this jacket. You can’t really see it ‘cause of the pose but it’s really really large. I’m gonna have to retailor it to fit the body.

The patches on the jacket were actually stickers. So pretty easy to remove. I used WD40 to get rid of the sticker residue.

Jacket is sold out everywhere though.

Yea if you can tailor it, it should look amazing.

The regular Leon, especially if loose can be almost impossible to tell. The difference is only noticeable in their RPD Leon which is noticably dimmer than the vibrant dark blue Hot Toys one. Funny thing is the Hot Heart's outfit color is more accurate to how the RPD Outfit looked in the game.

Either way, no denying Hot Heart makes good RE stuff. Their Hot Toys Leon knockoffs are still worth a pretty penny. I've seen them sell for $300+ in the past.

I see that you are all talking about human characters. But what about some monsters ? Is there something cool in 1/6 scale regarding RE monsters ? It doesn't seem to have a lot of choice.

I still need to find a non-seamless body for this Jill custom.
I'm waiting for the Claire body to see if I can repaint it, but I was wondering something else.

Poptoys bodies (Xing series) are partially seamless (only in the knees and elbows) and can maybe be usefull for some figures with exposed arms (I don't mind single jointed arms like the Claire body, but I have to admit the Hot Toys bodies with double jointed elbows, while usefull, are too ugly for exposed arms).

We really need some sort of encyclopedia of bodies with all the colors comparisons, and between brands. Tbleague next to Xing next to whatever other brand I don't know (Hot Toys ? But they are all different depending on the character.) It would make life easier for everyone of us.

same brand same model same color tone can have different color with different batches. xing body did that.
