There's no plans for 1/6 because last I heard Damtoys still has the license and will make an REmake4 Leon so we're sticking with 1/12, RE4 Leon will come with tons of accessories we've been developing him for a while analyzing all the trailer and gameplay footage, really looking forward to the remake in March.

By the way Patriot is using a recast of the very first LIM 1/12 body as well as recasts of some other stuff like the knife.

So… is Dam still moving forward with the RE3 line or skipping right to 4?

Yeah not looking forward to Dam’s lifeless blank staring Leon. Would have preferred one from Lim. Oh well least we're getting a RE4 if Dam doesn't take 2 years to announce it.

Depending on the Dam release, Would you consider doing a 1/6 upgrade pack for RE4R Leon with an alternate head, some improvement parts and any accessories dam doesn’t include since RE4 has a big arsenal of weapons.

I like the dam RE2 figure but it has its issues and imo your 1/12 Leon is more accurate despite the smaller scale with a better head sculpt, pouches and if I remember correctly actually including a knife hand not to mention that badass flame thrower

I find it crazy how low quality face paint looks on these "official" figures,definitely not interested in damtoys,unless they surprise us,but already ready for the disappointment

I said it once and I'll say it again. We need Lim to give us alternative heads for the Damtoys line. Like an accessories pack with more weapons and heads with expressions. Like the angry head of their 1/12 Leon but in 1/6 scale.

I know there are a lot of 1/6 collectors hereb ut I'm legitimately happy we're getting a 1/2 Resi 4 Leon from Limtoys

Their RE2R Leon is legitimately one of the best 1/12 figures I own, the detail, proportions and articulations are incrrdible. I'm actually putting the breaks on my figure collecting (and even trying to downscale), but this will be a day 1 pre-order for me.

The vast majority of people are very happy with their official DAM Leon and would not buy an unlicensed head to put on it.

Well I would have preferred an injured/agitated version. Like in your version. Just to have the freedom to do some customizing.

I do like the dam toys figure, so much so I got two and customised his injured look.

Can’t speak for the majority but I would get an unlicensed Leon head if it was an upgrade even more so if it had a more stern or expressive sculpt which works as both an upgrade and an alternate sculpt.

For RE2 Throw in a flamethrower, better ammo pouches for the belt, more gloved hands and a samauri edge and il be all over that!!

For RE4 guessing dam will do an early game jacket Leon, maybe with a alternate holster, if that’s the case I’d love to see maybe a castle upgrade pack with an improve sculpt, and a couple weapons from the castle not included with the dam figure and even a island upgrade pack with a different potential injured sculpt with island section weapons and the bullet proof vest.

RE4 is a big game with so much content, one figure will only represent a small part of that so i would totally be down for “upgrade packs” that not only improve upon the figure but provide you with more options for the figure itself.

Just something to consider.

Nah, I feel like those sculpts would sell pretty good if they came from Lim.
I think we're at a point now in collecting where licensed vs unlicensed isn't as big a deal as it used to be....for certain franchises at least.
Ultimately, it depends on how close you can get to the likeness of the character, imo.

Got a Pixel 7 so decided to test the camera out on Patriot Lady D. Cool figure but probably overpriced by like £10.

Do you guys think Damtoys will do a classic version of Leon like they did with RE2? The new leather jacket is absolutely horrible. Jester sleeves, insanely large and baggy, a big ass stripper fur collar, looks so horrible on Leon.

Why the hell they didn't keep the nice fitted normal leather Jacket from the original beats me.

I really hope they do a classic version for this one as well, I've never been picky for a figure but Leon is my childhood and this new look is ass.

I think RE4 remake is considered as a big thing so I think some kind of merchandise gonna follow the release. We gonna know soon tho. Gonna be cool if Hot Toys drops one, who knows

There's no way I'd trust Hot Toys to do the leather jacket, though. After a couple of years it would be a bad flaking mess.

Depends on if his classic outfit appears in the remake as an alternate outfit like with RE2. IF Dam continues the RE line they will only make figures from stuff actually in the game…Fingers crossed the classic outfit shows up in the remake… and not just for Leon.
