In the INART Q&A during the Wukong stream they said that they are in talks to get the Resident Evil license

But they will be 1/12 Morfig

They also said however if any figures in the morfig line line take off and do extremely well they will be considered for 1/6, but I wouldn’t hold my breath for it

They are just saying that so people over pay for 1/12 figures in hopes for 1/6

Have they shown an 1/12 figures yet? Are they fully sculpted or fabric clothes?

I hope they don’t start with RE2 because that lim 1/12 Leon will be hard to compete with

They said video games licenses are expensive and its easier and less risk making 1/12 because they sell well and can make a lot more characters in a short time span so they can get the most out of the license

They have shown off a few 1/12 already (not RE) but they seem like mixed media, I think some of the batman capes might be cloth (not sure) but the bruce lee figure had soft goods

If they are in talks that means figures are a few years out… I hope that means they come out swinging with RE9 figures revealed in the hype for the games release.

If they start with RE9 or something new I’d be all in, if they start with RE2R I’d still probably give in but il be hesitant. With brotoys? Lim and patriot studios we have already got pretty deep into a RE2 line not to mention various other scales.

Being the first RE9 merch will go along way with me
