I wish that rule didn't apply to Mike in Resident Evil 4, though. He was awesome.
Not super fussed about Nemesis. Even though I rate the 3rd game as the best resident evil, the interpretation of Nemesis is pure Apocalypse crapfest. He was slow, stalking and damn near invincible with his rocket launcher. You wouldnt know he was there until you either heard his terrifying roar, or heard his rocket launcher being fired.
And im willing to bet they dont bother with his mutations when he takes large amounts of damage.
He is missing the rocket launcher, but LOL'ing at the same time. I'm glad they went for the movie Nemesis just to annoy or piss off the movie haters. All we need is Alice!!!

Psshh they could care less about the movie lovers since there such a small amount of fans lol haha
I hope Capcom does add more stuff from the films into their games.
Enjoy my ignore list. You've been overdue.
I dont mind if he is Apocalypse Nemesis at all. In fact until the end he proved to be a far bigger threat than Game nemesis. Game Nemesis gets the surprise on you then gets taken down after 50 seconds and either plays dead or runs off. Nemesis in the movie didnt lose a fight until the end. And all though the rocket launcher is more iconic the gattling gun showed so much more effectiveness (Even though Movie nemesis had both)
Anyone sniff out early reviews for this yet?
Haha. I get that some people love the games and hate the movies. But wearing rose tinted' with Game Nemesis isnt the way to go. We have all played the game and watched the movie so you dont need to try and sway the way i think. You've not caught something i havent whilst playing. Nemesis is just a Mr X clone who is a Tyrant clone... But Nem has the ability to run without needing to be in his 2nd form (All be it they are all Tyrants but it was the 3rd game in a row with the same boss). There was nothing new, original or scarier than we had of seen before in the previous 2 games other than his cool design and the fact he could fire something at you (which i thought took away the scare if you humanise him with a weapon). Mr X walking through the two walls after you get the cog in RE 2 was far more scary than anything i remember Nemesis doing. Or when you are in the factory and you view the monitor to see Mr X walking down the corridor around the corner from you. The only thing Nemesis had the edge on in terms of scare was when you have crashed into the clock tower and you can hear him roaming around upstairs or when he grabbed you and you were unsure if you could get back up to give yourself life in case he grabbed you a 2nd time
Damnit, ever since i wrote this post ive had the nemesis twist on the music from the clock tower stuck in my head. Gonna have to play the game now
To this day nothing could beat nemesis as the best resident evil monster. When you think of resident evil then that dudes face is the first thing you think of. I dont know if the new nemesis like creature from re6 can live up to nemesis.
