Leon has been fairly consistent with his look. Claire had the same face for years... until now.

Barry looks different in Revelations 2, but he's the oldest living S.T.A.R.S member, isn't he? I think any changes would make sense for him. Wesker is arguably the most consistent by far, even most of his outfits aren't too different. Leon changed in 6 only I think with his stubble and hair style, which I think almost resembles Dante from DMC 4.

Claire...does look bad, not terrible, but still bad. Jill's change I don't understand at all since she was perfect in REmake, everyone loved that Julia Voth look. I'm actually ok with Chris's face, just not the rest of him

Maybe cause they only use that model for the main series those are spin offs btw.

Capcom kept implying something with Steve I think, after Code Veronica with some things...but if he doesn't return, I will be fine
