Also, this trailer confirms that the reason for the special make up effect shot that Milla posted last year where she looked like an elderly woman is because is because "Old Alice" was an employee of Umbrella and was on their executive board. She appears to be in a wheel chair so she is most likely a stand in character for Spencer and the Alice(s) that we have seen through out the movie series has been a clone.

Hopefully the new reboot is first person and is based of RE7.
