This won hit my phone alert over night and woke me up. I couldn't help take a moment - flip through some yogi cards and be grateful that though I didn't see him play I remember his Yankee and mets involvement as a manager. A true great. An American hero. One more yogi-ism:
On death:
“You should always go to other people’s funerals, otherwise, they won’t come to yours.”

I just got back from Yankee Stadium , they had a very nice and touching tribute to Yogi Berra, he will be missed.
