I used the green version of this dye. Not the blue.

Must be for polyester. You will need to repaint all the details because this will color everything including the metal buttons.

Re: robbiethepainter's project thread.

Hmm, think I might pick up a spare costume first. Definitely something I'd like to try though. Thanks for the info! Did you use acrylics for the repainting?

Re: robbiethepainter's project thread.

Amazing work, Robbie! :clap Seeing quality custom work is one of the best things about collecting. And, incorporating custom elements (or entire custom pieces) into one's own collection increases enjoyment of the hobby for me. Look forward to seeing more.

Re: robbiethepainter's project thread.

Hey Robbie, just looked through your thread. Great work man. I posted in your interest thread for the DX12 Wayne face plate. Please add me to the list over there and I look forward to seeing more of your work here. :clap

Re: robbiethepainter's project thread.

Wow Robbie is it too late to have a painted one??

Re: robbiethepainter's project thread.

Re: robbiethepainter's project thread.

I just bought a digital cutter and Im trying to work out a way to have it cut all the fabric I need in the patterns. It will save me a lot of time.

Re: robbiethepainter's project thread.

So do we post here if we want a custom mouth piece?

That is awesome! Will the cutter make it easier for you to complete clothes as well?

Re: robbiethepainter's project thread.

I don't know but what I hope it will do for me its speed up the cut and also make for a more accurate cut. The hard part about tailoring that I have found is developing the patterns and then also the process at which a piece goes together.

Like they say, "How do you get to Carnegie Hall? Practice!"

Yeah, for me it is the stitching. Right now I can hand cut 1 off pieces but need great assistance from my wife for the actually construction.
