There is no more SWS, after Stan died his family sold out and the new name is "legacy effects". My older brother lives in cali and sells CNC machines and he was at SWS/Legacy the day Stan's family was selling all the different character statues that was in the front office.

I think nov '10 but the best movie next year will be IRON MAN 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to make a correction. I looked it up on IMDB.com, it's suppose to come out on July 7th. 2010. :maul

Nimrod Antal is scheduled to beging filming Predators on September 28 at Robert Rodriguez's Troublemaker Studios in Austin, Texas.
Then..
The Predators feature film sequel is on for 18 days of filming on the Big Island beginning Oct. 12, confirmed Ron Schmidt, the production’s UPM….

as long as I get some great looking preds for hot toys to turn into figures thats all I care about really. I'm past getting excited for alien , predator and terminator movies now.
If a new one ever did turn out great then thats awesome.

I wonder if they'll stick with Ian Whyte to play one of the lead Predators or get someone else. Don't get me wrong Ian Whyte is okay, but he's no Kevin Peter Hall.

I'm very worried about this film. Cool idea, just hope the producers didn't bite off more than they could chew.

If executed poorly it could bury the franchise. 2 great films, 2 poor films...which way's it gonna go?

I'm curious, since this movie is not recognizing Predator 2. Is this movie after Predator 1 or is it after Predator 2. Is it present day or in the future, I'm just getting really excited and hope it is going to be GREAT.

That's rather interesting, especially the part about the super predators. The character list sounds like it could be very entertaining. So far I'm pretty excited.

hey guys I just talked with a reliable source that told me some info on the new predators movie thats coming out.
he told me not to say anything,so I will only be able to tell you this much,he said the new movie is going to be based on the predator home world and there will be a hunting ground there that will be in the movie.also he said theres going to be a butt load of new predators.also he said that the story line takes off after the first movie and has nothing to do with predator 2 or the avp movies.
I know its not alot,but I cant tell anymore.I just thought the rest of you predator nuts would like to know these tid bits.I havent read the other threads on here that pertain to the movie so I hope my news is new news.if not sorry for posting old news.
my informant is in a position to know these details.and he brought it up in our conversation and his line of work puts him in the middle of it.and he is the vise president of the company.so I believe him.
