well the japan side is slow for approving the 3d file，some character made it to prototype phase approval. normally from getting license to final preorder announcement required 2 years. somehow BLEACH is really slow，some brand that make the licensed BLEACH statues also have the same comment.（I know a guy who know some guy）.

Kenpachi is my most wanted character from Bleach. He's the main reason I bought Gametoys Ichigo back in the day, hoping they'd get to Kenpachi but they abandoned the line.

Tbh maybe Rocket Toys don't even know. When you work with rights holders especially if they are slow or/and picky it can takes a lot of time despite the fact that you have everything done.
