They are resellers, not distributors, so they don't get their product from the companies themselves but aftermarket, and a lot of the time if the figure is rare, they are unable to source it for a good price so they'll hit you with emails full of lies like "product is delayed, pls wait 2 months" and 2 months turns to 4, turns to 8... then they just hope at that point you've forgotten about the figure. And they are reluctant to give refunds, some people here have gotten store credit back. There's an entire thread on here of the joys of ToysWonderland if you're curious to know more, but just know they are the most notorious scammers in figure collecting history. Justin just gets free figures from them so he has to say good things. It's quite sad.Thanks for all the info.
