They could pull the license if the licensee couldn't meet contractual obligations. If the story is true, I have one scenario in my mind that could be the cause.

They just posted on their weibo 微博 that Itachi has been delayed to march 2023 due to lockdowns. Would be strange if they lost the license for one figure only, no?

Unbased rumors that only serve to scare consumers in dumping deposits.

There is no official news about any cancellation; though there are announced delays due to the various sudden lockdowns happening across China at the moment. Many factories are affected as they were barred from any production work or even returning to office to grab any documents to continue working at home. Many figure companies (based in China) have announced all sorts of additional delays due to that.

Probably will be delayed too
He was the last of the three, if I recall it right.
Scheduled Q1/2023, now with Itachi pushed back to Q1/2023 ... I guess he will be pushed back as well.

Fine by me! As bad as I can't wait to have him in hand, seeing these pics and additional improvements really gets me even more excited for him and the others. Imagine a Pain, Obito, Kaguya, Hashirama, Tobirama, Tsunade, Orochimaru and all the other greatness that awaits!❤
