Hi friends, I just bought Rocky III from an Ebay seller. Its a risky situation,but as far as i know Ebay should give my money back if I get screwed. The seller doesnt have any feedback and the price is extremely good thats suspicious, but I contacted him and told me he is in a financial hole and that he needed to sell part of his Rocky collection. I havent paid him yet but im comitted to do it. Any advice would be helpful. Let me know pals.

Just to let you know guys. Everything went fine! Very kind and trustful seller in spite of the lack of feedback. The Rocky III is a very nice figure. I didnt have high expectations cause its a past figure, but it looks really good. Im glad i got it Highly recommended!

Nice, good for you man! I also want to buy a HT Rocky III but I still can't find a good deal for him. Post some pics if you have time. Congrats on your new HT!

I wonder if complaining would help, i'm almost positive thats why CR Supes is being made.

HT's not making a Rocky from part 1 by now is a mystery imo. Jakks Pacific made figures from all 6 movies a little while back so i'd assume there'd be no issue with acquiring licenses. Even a Rocky from part II would kick ass, as fighter and in casual clothes. Not sure what the damn holdup is.

I don't think it's licensing, I think it's just HT's interest in the character. The Balboa figures seemed to sell well though the other guys were sort of duds. Maybe a special DX set some time but that's it, i'd be shocked if we got more than one Rocky figure, it just seems an under merchandised license, I think Rambo has more appeal for collectibles and even that is underproduced compared to the likes of Terminator and such.

I'd prefer a Rambo before 4 before Rocky, but I'd buy a street gear rocky in a heart beat.

If we're lucky we'll get a Rocky 1,but i don't think we will see anything else.
Apollo Creed with his 2 entrance attires to go with Rocky would be sweet too.

I'd be stunned to see a new Creed, HT's past putting out figures without likeness rights and we know from JAKKS that Weather's is a pain in the ass about it and Creed woudln't be a huge hit even with his likeness, so it's not worth the hastle to go after it.

Well you clearly "forget" how to spell Adrian's name. And for the record i've never forgotten any of the fights or boxers names.
