She arrived this week, and she's magnificent. I haven't got any decent photos yet, but sweet jebus at the size of the box. I was assuming something the size of the Red Sonja statue, but Rogue's dwarfed it. It was bigger than the damn delivery driver...

No, you need to modify the key on the neck so it fits into the slot on the body.

Good luck. IMO, if you are a big time Rogue fan, this piece is a MUST for your collection. It's a phenomenal statue and the very best I've ever seen of the character by any company.
